Port GAA Juveniles Halloween Party 2019

A huge thanks to all our kids and parents who turned out for our Halloween Party on Sunday evening. We had plenty of fun, food and funky dancing from kids and parents alike. A special mention to our Juvenile Committee, Coaches and Parents for organising, decorating the hall, providing music and lights, and bringing along goodies which helped  make the evening a brilliant club and family event. We hope you enjoy some of the photos of the party below.

Cúl Camp Fun at Portarlington GAA

And so ends another successful Cúl Camp at Portarlington GAA. Over 140 children enjoyed football, hurling, camogie, fun, friendship and fitness and over the week, we were blessed with good weather throughout, which greatly added to the kids enjoyment.

A big thank you to Laois GAA Coaching and Games Development and in particular club GDA Peter, Camp co-ordinator Cillian, and our wonderful young coaches from all around Laois; Colin, Tom , Sean, Naomi, Eva, Mary, Sile, Ciaran, Seth, John and Erone who put in a massive effort to ensure the camps success.

Our gratitude also goes out to our club volunteers and parents, who prepared the grounds and facilities for the week, Those who managed traffic and parking, made sure our facilities were clean and tidy each evening, and helped out with the children at lunchtime.

Thank you all for making the week that the children are sure to remember fondly.
